Privacy Policy

1.Data We Collect

When the bot is set up and used in a server, it stores:

• Server settings: setup status, warn role IDs, log channel ID, enabled log events, and who completed the setup and when.
• Moderation records: numbered cases (action, target and moderator IDs and usernames, reason, extra details), warnings (reason, moderator, date) and temporary bans (expiry, reason, moderator).
• Automatic rule settings per server (noCaps, noFlood, noLinks, noInvites).
• Technical metadata: bot presence, backup timestamps and the health information used by the /ping command.

2.What We Do Not Collect

We do not store message content. Messages are scanned in memory only to enforce the automatic rules; flood-tracking buffers clear themselves automatically and nothing is written to the database. We collect no email addresses, use no analytics or tracking, serve no ads and build no member profiles.

3.Why We Process Data

Data is used only to run the moderation features you configure: applying warnings, lifting temporary bans when they expire, logging actions to your chosen channel and remembering your settings across restarts.

4.Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google processes this data as our processor under Google's own terms. No data is sold, rented or shared with third parties, and nothing leaves the bot's database except the weekly backups described below.

5.Backups

To protect against data loss, the database is dumped weekly (and manually after major changes). Backups are kept locally by the bot owner; only the most recent 8 are retained.

6.Retention

Data is kept while the bot operates in your server, or until it is deleted through the bot's commands or by the server owner. Expired temporary bans are removed automatically. When the bot is removed from a server, that server's data can be purged on request (see Your Rights).

7.Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with you by contacting the bot owner via Discord. Server administrators can also delete much of this data themselves using the bot's commands.

8.Discord

The bot operates through Discord's API. Discord's own privacy policy governs the Discord platform; we have no control over data Discord collects.

9.Children

Discord's minimum age applies. The bot is not directed at users below Discord's minimum age, and no age-related data is collected.

10.Changes

We may update this policy as features change. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
